The Body Transformation Quest

How your body looks, feels and function is like a metaphor that reveals a lot about you. It speaks about what you have been through, what thoughts go through your mind, your unhealed emotions, your relationships, and how much love you have for yourself - it speaks about your fears, stress, shame, loneliness, emptiness, grief, anger, feeling stuck or desire to run wild.

 

Perhaps you tried to lose weight and after a while found yourself right back where you started. Perhaps your body seems to age faster than you are comfortable with, or not be at optimal health or energy level.

 

Getting our body right can be a huge challenge, and for so many of us can be a painful, disheartening struggle. We try so hard, and want it so badly, but the results – if any at all – seldom last.

 

Have you had difficulties with overeating, or other habits that are damaging to your health or body? Have you been fighting yourself using willpower, depriving and punishing yourself and still not gotten the results you wanted?

 

Using willpower to force your body into shape, without looking at your life and emotions usually ends up being just a temporary solution. The issues are still lurking underneath and the symptoms may come back again and again. Our body can become our battleground and our efforts are sabotaged until we learn to collaborate with the subconscious.

 

This workshop can help you transform and release your body issues from the roots by connecting with the deep wisdom of your body, and working WITH the body instead of fighting it – so your unique body can return to the right state of lightness and vitality that is just right for you in a lasting effortless way.

Learn to Listen to your body

 

Learn to understand the priceless information your body is giving you through various symptoms, and help you achieve better health and sense of wellbeing. How unresolved emotional and psychological issues can affect your physical health and how specific feelings express themselves through the body.

 

What diets can do to our bodies and our relationship with food

 

Dieting often damages our relationship with our bodies and food, and our biochemistry and metabolism gets out of balance, making it harder and harder to keep the weight off. Our body speaks and through listening to what it is trying to tell us, we can let go of the struggle and allow our body to find its perfect weight

 

How to make peace with, and be free around food

 

Are you fighting yourself about what to eat of how much to eat? Explore how you might be using food to cope. Heal any emotional eating patterns and discover how to enjoy food without guilt as a source of nourishment, pleasure and joy.

 

How your relationships - or lack of them – might impact your weight and how you eat

 

Loneliness and unfulfilling relationships causes millions of pounds. Open up to being loved, have deep meaningful relationships and get more comfortable with intimacy and feeling close to people. Our relationships have important lessons for us to learn from.

 

 

How to be there for yourself 'through thick and thin'

 

Develop a real relationship with yourself and connect deeply with the messages from your body and soul. Eating can be the only thing we do for ourselves. Learn how to care for yourself and treat yourself with love, compassion and respect.

 

What your failures and setbacks can teach you

 

Understanding the purpose of the road of trials work. Transformation requires us to go through and master certain tests. What looks like failures can be gifts that help guide us and release what no longer serves us.
