How to set your goals
Aina EgebergWhen you set your goals, they need to:
- Be positive (But not just positive words. You need to go inside and FEEL it, vibrate it, know what you want with every cell of your body) If it does not feel quite right, it usually means there is still some sort of objection.
- Be clear – what would it look like if you succeeded? How specifically would you know?
- Be initiated and maintainable by you. They need to be under your control and not depending on anyone else.
- Be made to preserve the positive by-products of the present state.
- Be appropriately contextualized to fit the ecology of the surrounding system.
- Be specific. What specifically will you do? How specifically will you get there?
