Vitamin K is found in both plant and animal sources in nature. Some food sources are: Leafy greens, kelp, alfalfa, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, lettuce, cabbage, beans, broccoli, peas, watercress, asparagus, potatoes, corn oil, tomatoes, milk, liver, yoghurt, egg yolks.

Vitamin K is usually not necessary to supplement.
