What does it do?
Vitamin B3 it is essential for energy production, brain function and the skin. It is involved in more than 50 different metabolic reactions in the human species. It helps balance blood sugar and lower cholesterol levels and is involved in digestion. It helps the metabolism of some drugs and toxicants and is needed for the synthesis of the sex hormones, such as estrogen, progesterone and testosterone.
